My introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) occurred in my early 20s when I faced an extended period of illness, a novel EXPERIENCE YEARS for me at the time. Following a recommendation from a relative, I chose to undergo treatment at a TCM clinic.
To my surprise, the incorporation of Chinese medicine into my regimen led to a rapid improvement in my health within days. This transformative encounter sparked a deep interest and commitment to TCM, a path I have fervently pursued ever since.
