Dr Vinit Shah received his training in both small and large procedures at Sir J.J. Hospital, mostly under the supervision of Drs. Udwadia, Nazir, and Kirtane.
Urology training in the United Kingdom
For four years, Dr. Vinit Shah worked as a Senior Resident in the Department of Urology at Bombay Hospital. Over 30 radical cystectomies and more than 60 kidney transplants have been performed with his help.
Dr. Vinit Shah had significant training in the Department of Urology and Renal Transplant Surgery at the Hammersmith Hospital and Royal Postgraduate Medical School in the United Kingdom, in addition to his studies in India.
Ireland’s Paediatric Urology Training
Dr. Vinit Shah completed a year of training at the National Children’s Hospital in Dublin, where he performed all major and minor paediatric urology surgeries and received special expertise in endoscopic vesico-uteric reflux repair with Teflon injection.
