- Dr Stephen Lee Teck Soong is an ENT surgeon who has been practicing since 1984. From 1990 until 1993, he was an Associate Professor and Consultant ENT Surgeon at the University of Malaya. When he was appointed, he was the University’s youngest Professor. Dr Lee has held posts in Qualification and research at the University of Glasgow and the University of Tokyo. He has authored over 20 publications both locally and internationally and is the author of three textbooks. Dr Lee was appointed Visiting Fellow and then Visiting Consultant at National University Hospital Singapore from 1993 to 1995. He was practicing at the time at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. He has been a member of the Raffles Medical Group since 1995 and is currently the Senior Partner and Consultant in the Raffles Hospital’s ENT Department.
