Dr Michelle Tan Woei Jen

Dr. Michel received his initial medical degree from the National University of Singapore. His postgraduate training includes a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine and he is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore. Since May 2021, Dr. Tan has led the Department of Family Medicine and Continuing Care to help drive the new transitional care model and services at SGH.
