Dr Chandramouli Nagarajan

Dr Chandramouli is a Senior Consultant Hematologist and Transplant Physician at SingHealth Duke NES Blood Cancer Centre, SingHealth Duke NES Transplant and Cell Therapy Centre, Department of Hematology at Singapore General Hospital and National Cancer Centre.

After undergraduate and postgraduate training and a degree from India, he undertook sub-specialty training in hematology in the UK. He was awarded the Royal College of Physicians, Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathology (FRCPATH) and specialist in hematology accreditation. He worked as a consultant hematologist in the North West of England for over 2 years before moving to Singapore. He was awarded the Clinical Research Training in Hematology Fellowship in 2018 by the European Hematology Association.

His main areas of focus are myeloma and related plasma cell disorders, lymphomas and lymphoproliferative disorders, and laboratory hematology. He is a member of the Asian Myeloma Network, the International Myeloma Working Group, the International Myeloma Society, and the Multiple Myeloma and Lymphoma Subspecialty Director at SGH and SinHealth-Duke NUS Blood Cancer Center. He is a principal investigator in conducting clinical trials under the auspices of the International Myeloma Foundation and collaborating with industry partners to bring novel therapies to Southeast Asia.

His other area of interest is clinical/medical education. He is an RCP Accredited Educator and has been the Program Director of the Singhalth Hematology Senior Residency Program since 2018.
