He is the director of the SEA Centre for Ophthalmology at the World Health Organization (WHO). He has extensive EXPERIENCE YEARS teaching MBBS, MD (Ophthalmology), and Vitreo-Retina Fellows. In 1992, Dr. Yog Raj became the first Ophthalmologist to be promoted to an academic position at UAE University.
