Biodata
- Dr Yeow Yuyi is a Consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s Department of Urology. He earned a bachelor’s Qualification in 2008 from the National University of Singapore and was elected to the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2011. He was a member of the pioneer year of residents that finished the National Healthcare Group’s (NHG) Urology Residency Program in 2017 and earned Specialist Accreditation the same year. In 2017, he was admitted as a Fellow in Urology to the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
- Endourology and minimally invasive surgery/laparoscopy for benign and malignant disorders, including kidney and prostate conditions, are his areas of focus in Urology. In 2019, he was awarded a Healthcare Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship to train in advanced endourology and stone surgery under Dr Guido Giusti in Milan, Italy.
- He is currently a Clinical Lecturer and Clinical Teacher at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. He currently serves as the Program Director of the NHG Urology Residency Program and is involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical Qualification.
