Dr. Sabharwal received his MBBS from the Government Medical College in Sri Nagar, his MS in general surgery from the Post Graduate Medical Hospital in Chandigarh, and his FICA from the International College of Angiology.
He received the “Pratisht Nagrik Samman” from Arya Samaj, and Karol Bagh, as well as the “IMAAMS Distinguished Service Award” from AMSCON-2007.
