Dr Tay Wei Yi
Dr Tay obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 2006. He holds a Master of Medicine degree in Family Medicine NUS (2011), is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (2014) and the Academy of Medicine Singapore. 2018).
She was working in polyclinics, caring for patients in inpatient, community hospital, ambulatory and home care settings before joining SGH’s Department of Family Medicine and Continuing Care in 2011.
