EXPERIENCE YEARS
- Dr Tang Poh Lin Jenny graduated from the National University of Singapore with an MBBS in 1991. She later earned a Master of Medicine in Paediatrics in 1995 and was admitted to the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom in 1996. Dr Tang received specialized specialist training in Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in the United Kingdom, the American College of Chest Physicians in the United States of America, the Asia Pacific Society of Respirology, and the Singapore Academy of Medicine, and a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
- Dr Tang Poh Lin Jenny is currently the Medical Director at Gleneagles Hospital’s SBCC Asthma Lung Sleep and Allergy Centre. Dr Tang previously worked at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital as Deputy Head of the Department of Paediatric Medicine, Head and Senior Consultant of the Respiratory Medicine Service, and Medical Director of the Sleep Disorders Centre. Additionally, she served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Duke NUS Graduate Medical School in Singapore and as a Senior Clinical Lecturer at NUS’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. She has been recognized with several awards, including Service from the Heart, National Day Commendation, Young Investigator, and the HMDP Fellowship in Paediatric Pulmonology and Sleep. Dr Tang was also a researcher and published in the fields of paediatric asthma, lung disease, sleep disorders, and allergy.
