Biodata
- Dr Subashini Venkatesh earned her MBBS in 1997 from Kilpauk Medical College in Chennai. She continued her Qualification at the London Teaching Hospitals in England. She earned the Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health in London after completing specialised training in Paediatrics and Neonatology. She was chosen to pursue additional specialised training in General Practice (which encompasses complete care for the entire family). She was elected to the London-based Royal College of General Practitioners. She acquired a superspecialist interest in Dermatology and was given the Diploma in Dermatology by the University of Cardiff, Wales, upon satisfactory completion of course and assessment.
- Dr Subhashini Venkatesh currently maintains a busy general practice with a focus on proctology, dermatology, and pediatrics. She and Dr. Venkatesh Munikrishnan co-founded the Chennai Colon Clinic and is actively involved in the therapy of patients with colorectal disease. Her women-only piles clinic has been a big success, and she is currently involved in planning an expansion of our clinic’s services.
