Biodata
- Dr Srinivas Chilukuri is a graduate of Armed Forces Medical College in Pune and a postgraduate in Radiation Oncology from Tata Memorial Centre in Mumbai. He is currently employed at Yashoda Cancer Hospital as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist.
- Dr Srinivas Chilukuri made significant contributions to the establishment of image guided radiotherapy, RapidArc (Volumetric Modulated Arc treatment), and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) programs at Yashoda Cancer Hospital in Hyderabad. Several of his articles have been presented and published at international meetings and conferences. Additionally, he specializes in brachytherapy for gynecological malignancies, head and neck cancers, breast cancer, and soft tissue tumors.
- Dr Srinivas Chilukuri is passionate about teaching and is currently the academic coordinator for four DNB students and four research fellows in the Department of Radiation Oncology. He is also occasionally active in professional Qualification for radiation oncologists and physicists. Has led a number of international workshops that included hands-on instruction. He is currently employed as a faculty member at the Varian IMRT/RapidArc school.
- Dr Srinivas Chilukuri has received training in cutting-edge technologies like as stereotactic radiotherapy (at the VU University Medical Center) and image guided radiotherapy/IMRT (at major European Hospitals under the auspices of ESTRO in Brussels and Vienna).
- Dr Srinivas Chilukuri is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI), the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), and the European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ESTRO) (ESTRO).
