Dr Shyam Singh Bisht of the radiation oncology division has a one-year fellowship in high-precision EBRT from Medanta Cancer Hospital and completed his CyberKnife training from International Faculty in 2012. As a Senior Resident, he worked at the Delhi State Cancer Hospital and the Artemis Health Hospital.
In 2010, he received the GC Pant Young Doctor Award and Fellowship for best paper presentation at the National Conference, a Gold Medal and Trophy in 2008 for best paper presentation at AROI-2008, SGPGI, and a Silver Medal-AROI 2005 for Best paper Session. He is also a member of the AROI-National, AROI-UP Chapter, and the Indian Brachytherapy Society. He is currently employed by Medantas Radiation Oncology Division as an Associate Consultant.
