- Dr Shilpa Venkatesh is an internationally acclaimed obstetrician and gynecologist with over a decade of expertise. She had the opportunity to work with the great Dr. Sulochana Gunasheela following her post-graduate studies. Following that, she spent eight years at St. Johns Medical College in Bangalore, honing her clinical acumen and honing her surgical skills. Among her peers, she is well-known as an ardent researcher, having written numerous papers in both national and international journals. She is a frequent speaker, having presented in professional forums on a variety of issues in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She continued to improve her skills by completing an intense training program in Gynecology endoscopy/minimal access surgery with one of the field’s pioneers. She is a member of the Federation of Indian Obstetric and Gynecological Societies as well as the Bangalore Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
