Dr Razmi Bin Rahmat ended his postgraduate course in 1996. He has earned research scholarships to advance his orthopaedic surgical skills advancement in basic surgery and orthopaedic surgery, and has recently completed a clinical internship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Dr Razmi Bin Rahmat has published many peer reviewed papers in respected spine journals and presented at several international conferences and is a member of the AOSpine International, an organisation dedicated in improving spinal treatment outcomes and ensuring cost efficient spinal surgical procedures.

In 2003, he was chosen to participate in an ASEAN orthopaedic traveling fellowship where he spent a month in the ASEAN region learning from the leading surgeons. Despite a hectic schedule, Dr Razmi devotes time to community and volunteer work. He provided insurance to the government.

Hajj pilgrims in 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1994 and 2000 His current research interests are in autologous chondrocyte transplantation, repair and regeneration of diseased spinal discs. He has partnered with Adelaide Medical School in this study.

Dr Razmi Bin Rahmat is practicing at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Parkway East Nursing Home, and Gleneagles Home. For specialization in all types of spine disorders, arthritis, general orthopaedics and osteoporosis.
