Dr Ngian Kite Seng received his doctorate in 1983 from the National University of Singapore.
Dr Ngian Kite Seng received his surgical Qualification from his alma mater, the Royal College of Surgeons, in 1987.
Dr. Matthews was also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 1992, and was made a specialist in orthopaedics in 1993.
Dr Ngian first attended the University of Rochester School of Medicine in 1990 as an HMDP Fellow.
He various contributions to publications include operations for elderly patients, cauterization of arthritis of the spine, and lumbar burst fracture.
He is an AAOS official, and is a member of OA Spine.
He practices numerous orthopedic subjects and spinal surgery.
