- Ms Rachel Tan, who was awarded the Raffles Scholarship, graduated from the Singapore Hospital of Technology – Trinity College Dublin (SIT-TCD) in 2021 with a Qualification in physiotherapy.
- She has clinical expertise in inpatient and outpatient cardiac, neurological, musculoskeletal, and palliative rehabilitation, as well as paediatric rehabilitation in the community. Additionally, she has worked in rural Nepal with visually challenged children and adults.
- Ms Tan is committed to providing patients with sustainable care programs and empowering them to take control of their recovery goals.
