Dr Michael Feher is a consultant physician in diabetes and clinical pharmacology at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, as well as the clinical lead for lipid, diabetes, and hypertension services. He founded and directs a number of unique lipid and diabetes services, including adult and family lipid clinics (in collaboration with paediatrics), novel diabetes medicines, liaison psychiatry-diabetes, and diabetic hypertension.
Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Epidemiology & Population Health, Albert Einstein Medical School (New York), and Honorary Reader, Clinical Sciences Research Hospital, Warwick Medical School are among his academic roles (UK). He is a diabetes assessor for the London Metropolitan/Home County Police Service and a diabetes adviser for the British National Formulary.

He was one of the cofounders of the Diabetes Medicines Evaluation Network (DTEN), a research group dedicated to evaluating phase IV and early clinical implementation of innovative diabetes therapies.
Dr Michael Feher is a member of the British Journal of Diabetes and Vascular Disease’s Editorial Board and has published extensively in the fields of diabetes, lipids and lipid disorders, hypertension, cardiovascular risk factors, and clinical pharmacology, including eight books in the field of diabetes and cardiovascular medicine.
