Qualification and Training:
Dr. Marco Faria Correa earned his medical Qualification from the School of Medicine at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil in 1978. His extensive training journey began with a General Residency in 1982, followed by a Plastic Surgery Residency in 1984.
In 1985, he completed a Microsurgery Fellowship, further honing his surgical skills. Dr. Marco’s pursuit of excellence led him to Japan in 1989, where he embarked on a Hands and Microsurgery Fellowship.
In 2014, Dr Marco Faria Correa embraced the field of robotics, obtaining an online certificate in the da Vinci Surgical System. His commitment to robotic surgery continued with his training as a Console Surgeon in 2015, culminating in the acquisition of his Diploma in Robotic Surgery in Nancy, France, in 2017.
