DR MADHURI SHIMPO MAHAJAN is a member of the European and Asian Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT Boards. In 2007, she passed the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB), Bhaba Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai, India’s Radiation Safety Officer Examination. DR MADHURI SHIMPI MAHAJAN is well-versed in all aspects of low-dose radioactive iodine treatment planning, including pre-treatment evaluation, treatment management decisions, post-therapy evaluation, and follow-up.
DR MADHURI SHIMPO MAHAJAN has extensive EXPERIENCE YEARS managing the Isolation Ward Facility for High Dose Radio-active Iodine (131I) Therapy and other radio-nuclides for patients with Thyroid Carcinoma, metastatic bone pain palliation, radiation synovectomy, and different Neuro-Endocrine malignancies. She’s also working on Yttrium theraspheres and SIR Spheres for the treatment of liver neoplasms.
