- Dr. Lee is a founding member of the Asia-Pacific Gynecological Endoscopists Association (APAGE). He was also a former President of the Singapore Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society.
- Apart from his private practice at Gleneagles Hospital, Dr. Lee works as an advisor to the Endometriosis Association (Singapore), a member organization of the International Endometriosis Association (USA).
- Dr. Lee is a hysteroscopist and laparoscopist with clinical interests in hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.
