Dr. Lee Bee Wah is a Paediatric Specialist and Clinical Paediatric Immunologist/Allergist at the Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (Department of Paediatrics) and a Visiting Senior Paediatric Consultant (Children’s Medical Centre) at the National University Hospital.

Dr Lee Bee Wah got her MBBS from Singapore University (1978). She has graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Medicine (Paediatrics) (1981) and a Doctor of Medicine (1991). She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics (Edinburgh)(1999), the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK)(2000) and the Asthma and Immunology Allergy Academy of the United States. From 1986-1988, she was also a Research Fellow in the Allergy/Immunology Division at the Children’s Hospital in Boston, USA.

In the areas of Paediatric Allergic Diseases, Epidemiology of Allergic Diseases in Infants, Characterisation of Allergens and Dust Mite Allergens, Probiotics for the Prevention of Allergic Diseases and Childhood Vaccinations, Dr. Lee has a special interest. Dr Lee Bee Wah has been widely published in peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the World Allergy Organization Board of Directors, a Corresponding Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology and a Member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
