Dr Koh Hock Chuan Adrian is an ophthalmologist who is practising at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in Singapore.
Dr Koh Hock Chuan Adrian is specialized in the detection, management and treatment of degenerative macular diseases like age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, choroidal neovascularization, and hereditary retinal diseases like retinitis pigmentosa, visual signs, electrophysiology, fundus angiography, and retinal vascular disease.
He is a visiting consultant to SNEC and the eye Hospital at TTSH, researching on the treatment of ocular hypertension.
He is a fellow of the College of Ophthalmologists and former president of the Ophthalmology Society of Singapore. During his tenure, he served as vice president and secretary-general of the 21st Congress of the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology.

He pursued three fellowships in medical retina at two separate eye hospitals in the UK and a fellowship in the USA.

In the area of visual electrophysiology, he helped find an ISCEV standards-based laboratory and helped develop the SNEC VEP Standards.
