Dr Divya Shetty received her MBBS in 2010 from Mysore Medical College in Mysore and her M.S (Ophthalmology) in 2015 from Madras Medical College in Chennai. In 2017, she received a Diploma of the National Board of Examinations (DNB) in Ophthalmology.
In March of 2018, Dr Divya Shetty obtained her Clinical Glaucoma Fellowship from the Medical Research Foundation, Sankara Nethralaya. She is currently employed as an Associate Consultant in the Department of Glaucoma at Sankara Nethralaya.
She has given papers at a number of national conferences. In 2017, she won the Best Poster Award at the Glaucoma Society of India’s annual meeting.
In 2017, she was named a “Fellow of the All India Collegium of Ophthalmologists” in the subExpert In of glaucoma.
Areas of particular interest: Primary angle-closure glaucoma, secondary glaucomas.
