Dr Chen Yunxin

Dr. Chen Yong received his MBBS and Master in Clinical Investigation from the Lin School of Medicine (NUS). He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists (UK). He completed his specialist training in hematology at the Singapore General Hospital.

He specializes in the care of patients with multiple myeloma and lymphoproliferative disorders. He also received a Health Manpower Development Program (HMDP) award for training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where he was involved in the development of novel cellular therapeutics for the treatment of multiple myeloma as well as in myeloma CAR T-cell clinical trials.

Within the SingHealth Duke-NUS Cell Therapy Centre, he is Co-Lead and Clinical Deputy Lead for Adult Blood Cancer Education. He is involved in the development of the clinical CAR T-cell program and the outpatient transplant and home chemotherapy program at SingHealth Outram Campus.
