- Dr Balakumar S is a vascular surgeon who practices in Chennai at Helios Hospitals Private Ltd. His areas of Expert In include the utilization of minimally invasive catheter treatments and surgical reconstruction to treat illnesses of the vascular system, specifically the arteries and veins.
