Dr Anand joined Max Healthcare in April 2009 as Chief – Radiation Oncology and is responsible for the entire Max organization. He worked at the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital & Research Centre prior to joining Max Healthcare. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant in Radiation Oncology at the Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre in New Delhi. Dr Anand received specialized training at several prestigious institutions in London, including the Royal Marsden Hospital for cancers of the Head and Neck, St. Bartholomew’s Hospital for Childhood Cancer, Hammersmith Hospital for whole body electron treatment training, and Clatterbridge Hospital for Neutron therapy.
