Medical College in Agra, India, Dr Suri traveled to the United States to pursue advanced Podiatry studies. He concluded his Podiatry training at the highly esteemed Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Boston, (Harvard Medical School), U.S.A., and his fellowship in Biomechanical pressure offloading techniques at the Temple School of Podiatry, Philadelphia, U.S.A. Dr Suri is one of the few Diabetic Foot Specialists in India, specializing in Diabetic Wound Management and Pressure Offloading techniques for the quick healing of diabetic wounds. Dr Suri has worked in India for the past 12 years and has prevented the amputation of many diabetic patients’ lower legs due to gangrene. He is the founding chairman of the Indian Podiatry Association. He holds American Board Certification in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. He belongs to the American Podiatric Medical Association, the American Association for Wound Care, and the European Diabetic Foot Study Group.
