Clin Assoc Prof Christopher Khor Jen Lock

Assoc Prof. Christopher Khor attended medical school at NUS and completed advanced clinical fellowships in ERCP and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) at the Medical University of South Carolina and Indiana University Medical Center, respectively. Most recently, he trained in endoscopic submucosal dissection in Japan. His main areas of practice are in pancreaticobiliary diseases (ERCP and EUS), endoscopic resection and other advanced endoscopic therapies, and in general gastroenterology.

Dr. Khor has a keen interest in endoscopic quality and education and in promoting cross-border collaboration within the regional endoscopy community. His regional work includes regular faculty invitations to demonstrate and teach endoscopy. He has more than 40 peer-reviewed papers to his name and is a reviewer for endoscopy and GI journals. Dr. Khor is currently the Vice-Chair of the Asia-Pacific Group focused on EUS education. He served as Vice-President of the Asian-Pacific Digestive Week 2011 in Singapore, for which he managed the endoscopy programming, is Past President of the Singapore Gastroenterological Society, and Immediate Past Chairman of the Academy of Medicine Singapore’s Chapter of Gastroenterologists.
