Education and Training: Mr Clifton qualified in medicine from the University of Sheffield in 2000 and was a specialist registrar in ENT within the East Midlands Deanery for six years. He then completed a further two years of advanced fellowship training in Rhinology in Plymouth (UK) and Melbourne (Australia).
